In cases of reasons THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED, THE PRODUCT IS INCORRECT, THE PRODUCT DOES NOT MATCH THE DESCRIPTION we are ready to accept the return of the products. In these cases we completely refund the payment and also compensate the return shipping costs.

In reality, it is impossible to replace works of fine art (as well as any handmade item) with exactly the same item, because these items are created in a single copy. This is why we don't propose replacement of products.

On receipt of the order, the customer is required to check that there is no damage to the parcel or products, and that the product specified on the invoice is present and in good condition.

If any damage or anomaly is found, the customer is required to make note thereof on the delivery note of the carrier, and inform AGROMAN GROUP s.r.o. of any such damage or anomaly within 48 hours of receipt of the order.

In case of THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED reason, the buyer must provide a text description, photo and video materials (at an acceptable level of quality) so that we can decide on the return of the product.

Later, upon return receipt of the product, we compare these materials with the actual condition of the returned product in order to file a claim with the insurer.

In cases of THE PRODUCT IS INCORRECT and THE PRODUCT DOES NOT MATCH THE DESCRIPTION reasons, we decide to return the product and refund the money as a result of negotiations with the customer.

The customer must provide strong evidence that the delivered product is incorrect or/and does not match the description. As a result of our consent with the arguments of the customer we accept the product return and money refund. The returned product must be in exactly the same condition as it was previously received by recipient. The customer must report his claim for reasons THE PRODUCT IS INCORRECT and THE PRODUCT DOES NOT MATCH THE DESCRIPTION within a week of receipt of the order.

For all three above mentioned reasons we completely refund the payment and also compensate for the return shipping costs in a week upon receipt of the product to the AGROMAN GROUP s.r.o. - of course after inspection of the returned product.

In order to receive compensation for the return shipping costs customer must provide us with the copy of receipt/invoice issued by currier.

The payment refund and compensation for the return shipping costs will be made in the same method of payment used by the customer when placing the order.

If there is more than one product in the order, then the above rules apply specifically to the product / products for which there is a claim for the reasons THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED, THE PRODUCT IS INCORRECT, THE PRODUCT DOES NOT MATCH THE DESCRIPTION.

We don't accept return and refund for a reason "I DON'T WANT THE PRODUCT ANYMORE". Once the item has been shipped, no return is possible for this reason. Return can only be for above mentioned reasons - subject to the declared/agreed conditions.

The customer has the right to cancel his order even after full payment - but, until the moment of customs clearance for the export of product.

Therefore, we ask our customers to study the artwork / product as carefully as possible: please require detailed photographs, "Description of the state"/ "Condition Report", request any other information that will help you make the right decision.

To make the right and final decision, we are ready to provide the customer with a detailed product description, HD photo and video materials, we will answer any questions of customer about that product.
