The present Terms and Conditions are applicable to the sale of all the goods offered through our website, https://artsalon-delos.eu/
The present Terms and Conditions apply to everyone (Visitor, Guest, Customer) who visits our website - regardless of the purpose or result of the visit.
By purchasing any of the products or services of artsalon-delos.eu, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions, which will be available on our website at the moment of placing the order.
1. ORDERS
Orders may be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through our website, https://artsalon-delos.eu/

2. PRICES
The prices on our website are displayed without VAT or another taxes/duties. The indicated retail prices include the net cost of the item and handling/shipping/insurance expenses only.
Nevertheless, in case of delivery onto address in EU territory the relevant sum of VAT will be added to the retail price of good at the checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior or further notice.
The prices displayed on our website at the time an order is placed are the prices applicable to that order.
3. DISCOUNTS
There are no standard conditions for granting discounts in the Art Salon DELOS. However, we adhere to certain principles.
Discounts do not apply to a single order that contains a single item.
Discounts apply to single orders that contain more than one item.
We also apply so called "Loyalty" discounts - based on the customer's purchase history, taking into account the number and cost of previous acquisitions.
The size of any discount (usually between 5 and 20%) is a subject to negotiations between the administration of the salon and the client. After the final calculation, the administration of the salon officially offers the size of the applicable discount. Then, after the client's consent, a Proforma Invoice is issued for payment of the already reduced price.
4. METHODS of PAYMENT

5. SHIPPING and DELIVERY
All items from our store are shipped free worldwide - shipping cost is already included in the price shown on product page.
All orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 - 48 hours after receiving confirmation of payment.
Shipments are made through the first-class courier services DHL, FedEx, UPS.
Estimated delivery time worldwide is 10-24 business days from receipt of payment. Of course Delivery Time depends mostly on destination.
Orders with destination address in EU will be delivered to the shipping address specified by the customer during checkout. And for timely delivery to the door we kindly ask you to indicate the direct or mobile phone number of the recipient.
In case of all other countries the recipient himself must pick up the parcel from the place determined by the authorities of this country. In addition, there may also be a requirement for customs clearance and payment of certain taxes and fees.
We do not invoice for a price lower than the price on the site, and we do not mark items as "gift" - international and local regulations prohibit such behavior.
We want to point out once again that retail prices on the website https://artsalon-delos.eu/ include the net cost of the item itself and handling/shipping/insurance expences only, and does not include Import duties, taxes, broker fees and/or other charges.
In case of delivery to EU addresses our salon (represented by uf) pays all costs for delivery to the door to the address of the recipient, and the customer has no additional costs.
So, we strongly recommend that all recipients from non-EU countries check all of the above matters before placing an order.

Any personal data obtained through our website or any other means will be included in a database of AGROMAN GROUP s.r.o. If our joint efforts are unsuccessful, the further proceeding will continue in Slovak Republic, according to the law of the Slovak Republic.
